At Frem, you work directly with the design house and manufacturer—no middlemen, no delays, no markups. We handle everything in-house, from concept to finished product, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality.

OUR WORK PROCESS

Follow our streamlined 7-step process to bring your vision to life
Step 1 1 week

Discovery & Brief

We start by understanding your goals—style, materials, budget, and target audience. This sets a clear foundation for your project.
Step 2 1 week

Design & Development

Our in-house design team researches trends and creates sketches or CAD renderings. Choose to develop a new concept or customize an existing Frem design.
Step 3 2 weeks

Pre-Production Approval

Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a Pre-Production (PP) Sample for approval. After confirming details and placing a 30% deposit, production is scheduled.
Step 4 1 week

Sampling

We quickly produce and deliver your samples—so you can touch, test, and review before full production begins. Please check the below table for minimum order requirements.
Step 5 3 weeks

Production

Your order is produced in our trusted facilities with strict quality control at every stage.
Step 6 1 week

Packaging & Delivery

We handle packaging to match your brand—from eco pouches to custom gift boxes. Finished goods are shipped directly to your destination.
Step 7 1 week

Ongoing Support

We stay involved after delivery—assisting with reorders, seasonal collections, and corporate gifting programs.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

• When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way. For large or custom orders, lead times may vary.

• Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is available at checkout for eligible items. If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please contact our support team before placing your order.

• Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed once placed, but if you contact us within 12 hours of ordering, we may be able to assist with cancellation before it ships.

• Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

 

PRODUCT & CUSTOMIZATION

• Do you offer custom jewelry designs or private label?
Yes. FREM offers private label manufacturing and custom design services. Contact our sales team at [your email/contact page] to begin a custom order inquiry.

• Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All of our products are lead and nickel-free. For sensitive skin or specific material concerns, please review the product descriptions or contact us directly.

• How should I care for my FREM Jewelry?
We recommend storing your pieces in a dry, cool place and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to maintain their finish.

 

WHOLESALE & B2B

• How do I become a wholesale partner?
 You can apply for a wholesale account hello@shopfrem.com. Approved partners receive exclusive pricing, early access to new collections, and dedicated support.

• What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by collection. Most items have a 3–4 unit minimum per style. Custom orders may require higher minimums.

  • Jewelry: 120 pieces per style

  • Accessories: 300 pieces per style

• Do you offer Net Terms?
We offer Net 30 terms only to credit-approved customers with an established long-term relationship.  

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Custom or final sale items are non-returnable.

• My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

• Do you sell on TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces?
