• When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way. For large or custom orders, lead times may vary.
• Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is available at checkout for eligible items. If you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date, please contact our support team before placing your order.
• Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed once placed, but if you contact us within 12 hours of ordering, we may be able to assist with cancellation before it ships.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• Do you offer custom jewelry designs or private label?

• Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All of our products are lead and nickel-free. For sensitive skin or specific material concerns, please review the product descriptions or contact us directly.
• How should I care for my FREM Jewelry?
We recommend storing your pieces in a dry, cool place and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to maintain their finish.

• What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by collection. Most items have a 3–4 unit minimum per style. Custom orders may require higher minimums.

• Do you offer Net Terms?
We offer Net 30 terms only to credit-approved customers with an established long-term relationship.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Custom or final sale items are non-returnable.
• My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
